Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer with 2+ years of experience in PERN/MERN stack development. The ideal candidate is proficient in Postgres, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with expertise in RESTful APIs, web technologies, and cloud deployment.
Experience in SAP BTP or SAP CAPM is a plus.
Qualifications & skills
- Strong expertise in Postgres, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Redux or Similar Technolgy for state management.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
- Familiarity with Docker and serverless deployments.
- Good Working Knowledge of Git.
- Experience with Mocha, or Chai for unit testing.
- Understanding of JWT for authentication.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or similar.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers for high-quality solutions.
- Work with Postgres and MongoDB, ensuring efficient data modeling.
- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Deploy and monitor applications on AWS, GCP, Azure, or SAP BTP.
- (Optional) Work on SAP BTP/CAPM if experienced.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications in PERN / MERN stack, Cloud Computing, or SAP technologies are a plus.
