SCM YUGA is hiring a driven and organized SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation projects in Mumbai. You will work directly at client locations during active project phases, ensuring smooth coordination, on-time milestones, and stakeholder alignment throughout the SAP engagement lifecycle. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of hands-on SAP project management experience who thrive in client-facing, on-site environments. Qualifications & skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on SAP project management experience
- Experience managing at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project
- Graduate from a Tier 2 institution or above (any discipline)
- Strong communication and client-facing stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with travel and working from client premises in Mumbai
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
- Ability to join immediately or within 30 days
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SAP project planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication on-site
- Coordinate cross-functional SAP and business teams across project milestones
- Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Prepare SAP project status reports, dashboards, and delivery documentation
- Drive scope, timeline, and budget adherence across the SAP project lifecycle
- Ensure alignment between SAP functional teams and client business objectives
- Support go-live readiness, cutover planning, and post-implementation reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus, not mandatory
- Exposure to SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.)
- Experience working in SAP consulting or system integrator environments
