Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated SAP BTP Consultant with 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), Fiori/UI5, and integration services.
Qualifications & skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP development.
- Hands-on experience in: SAP CAPM (Node.js/Java), SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP Services (Identity and Authentication, Document Management, Destination, XSUAA, etc.) and SAP HANA Cloud
- Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD on BTP.
- Experience with Git, SAP Business Application Studio, and BTP Cockpit.
- Exposure to SAP Integration Suite (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain applications on SAP BTP (Neo & Cloud Foundry environment).
- Work with SAP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model) for backend development.
- Security and authentication management in SAP BTP environments (OAuth2, SAML).
- Identity Authentication Service (IAS) configuration and maintenance.
- Design and implement Fiori/UI5 applications integrated with BTP services.
- Configure and utilize SAP BTP services like SAP Destination, Connectivity, XSUAA, and SAP Event Mesh.
- Work with SAP HANA Cloud and HDI containers for data modeling and service creation.
- Integrate SAP BTP applications with SAP S/4HANA (on-premise/cloud) and third-party systems using REST/OData APIs.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design reviews, and deployment planning.
- Ensure application security and performance on the BTP platform.
- Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders
