Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and organized Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of client projects. You will work directly at client locations during active project phases, ensuring smooth coordination, timely milestones, and stakeholder alignment throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication on-site
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project milestones
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and documentation
Drive scope, timeline, and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience
- Graduate from a Tier 2 institution or higher (any discipline)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Comfortable with travel and working out of client premises
- PMP / Prince2 certification is a plus, not mandatory
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
Location and Availability
Based in Mumbai or Bengaluru. Project execution will require presence at client locations. Only candidates available to join within 30 days will be considered.
